What is coaching

In simple words – a coach helps people to achieve their goals much faster and in a much more efficient way than they can do it on their own. A coach is not a consultant, or an advisor – his/her role is to initiate a way of thinking with their clients that will create the options which they fail to see themselves. In doing so, they use special tools and questioning techniques. A coach doesn’t comment or judge your thinking – they ask you relevant questions.

The foundation of every session is a GOAL that the client sets for themselves. Goals may be different and can be in various areas such as sports, career, business, personal development, etc. Corporate Coaching works on goals that managers in the corporate sector set to themselves and are very concrete. For example, a goal can be: producing a plan for the reorganisation of the sales network, raising sales by a certain percentage in a certain period, setting new strategic guidelines in a department or an organisation, etc.
